8. Trouble shooting

Error Possible cause

Solution
Check the power
cables and
couplings.
Release the limit
switch.
Remove the
possible block,
check the mounting
of the quick coup-
lings or widen the
nozzles.
Clean the filter.
Check the condition
of the suction pipe
and the joints.
Press the Shift
button and hold it
down until the the
suction begins.
Change the valves.
Error Possible cause
The output is The valves are worn

"FLO" alarm.

The controller does
not receive the
pulse data from the
flow sensors.
"ERR1" alarm. Short circuit in the

Solution
Change the valves.
Remove the

check the mounting
of the quick coup-
lings or widen the
nozzles.
Make sure there is
still liquid left in the
container.
Remove the cause
of the counter
pressure.
Adjust the alarm
level.
Check the wires
and the couplings.
Damaged flow
sensor.
(Deactivating the
FLO-alarm: Set the
alarm rate to 0.)
