Troubleshooting

My remote won't go into pairing mode.
Make sure that any previously paired devices are turned off. Also, the status
light should show steady blue (pairing mode)—if not, turn off the remote,
then turn back on while holding the Volume Up and Call buttons until the
light turns blue.
My device doesn't find my remote when searching.
Make sure the status light shows steady blue when your device is searching
for devices. If not, turn off the remote, then turn back on while holding the
Volume Up and Call buttons until the light turns blue.
My remote worked before, but now it's not working.
Make sure your device is on and its Bluetooth feature is on. You may need to
pair your device and remote again.
The remote may need to be recharged. Plug it into charging cable. Remote
is functional while charging.
The touchpad cursor is slow on the screen.
You can adjust the speed as follows:
• For Android 3.2 tablet devices, touch Settings > Language & Input > Mouse
and Trackpad Settings > Pointer Speed.
• For Motorola phones, select Settings > Wireless & Networks > Bluetooth
Settings then press and hold the Motorola RZ100 device. Adjust the speed
in the popup window.
• For other devices, check mouse system settings for adjustments.
