The KERNAU cutting board is made of ash wood.
This wood has resistance to mechanical damage and distortion.
The size, shape of the board and the possibility of placing it on a granite sink makes
its use very easy and comfortable.
The board is ideal for cutting and portioning products. To break food, e.g. meat, remove
the board from the sink, turn it upside down, and then break the food as desired.
The KERNAU board has been protected with high-class oil that increases resistance
to moisture, odors and dyes.
OF THE WOODEN KITCHEN BOARD:
• The product is intended for contact with food.
• Use away from heat sources and protect against sunlight.
• Do not wash under running water, by immersion or in a dishwasher. Contact with
moisture increases the risk of warping and cracking. Use only dry or damp cloth
for cleaning.
• A natural property of wood in contact with water is the formation of a rough, rough
surface.
• Do not use detergents or chemical furniture care agents. Maintenance consists
in oiling the wood with kitchen oil using a cloth. Oiling should be done at least
once a month. Olive oil is not recommended because it is sticky.
The KERNAU board is covered by a one-year warranty, subject to the above
conditions.
