4 - Before First Use Read all instructions and safety information carefully before first use. Please retain this information for future reference. Remove your appliance from the packaging. Before using the appliance for the first time, carefully clean the pans and lids. Do not use any aggressive detergents, brushes with metal or nylon bristles or sharp objects such as knives or spatulas for cleaning the unit. -

5 - Using Your Appliance Assembly: Make sure the buffet server is unplugged and that the temperature dial is set to the Off or LOW setting. Place the base on a clean, dry and level heat resistant surface. Place the frame onto the base and insert the pans into the frame. Turning On: Plug the unit into an electrical outlet. - Page 11 Turning Off: To turn off the buffet server, switch it off at the electrical outlet first. (If outlet is switchable.) Gently remove the plug from the electrical outlet. Allow the appliance time to cool before handling.
