    Optionally, it is also possible to attach the U•H1 control unit to a DIN rail. Please contact your DALEMANS SA representative for more information. If the attachment method without feet is chosen, attach the enclosure using the 4 holes located in the corners of the enclosure using a PZ2 screwdriver with a minimum length of 150 mm.

    The power for the U•H1 control unit and that for the gas valve(s) must be connected on the same circuit. Make sure that the power conductors are always fixed together and separated from the low-voltage conductors.     2.7 CONNECTING THE RELAYS The U•H1 control unit has a technical fault relay and 3 relays addressable by the alarms. It is possible to connect different types of servo controls thereto such as a sounder device, a valve, a flash lamp, etc. www.dalemans.com...

    To power your U•H1 control unit on, make sure that the terminals are tightened properly and that the supply voltage is within the accepted operating voltage range accepted by the U•H1 control unit.     This is the standard configuration that has been selected during commissioning of the U•H1 control unit.     Note: The “Technical Fault” relay is always in failsafe mode. Activation of this configuration is to be performed by a technician approved by DALEMANS SA. • Reset mode for level 1 alarms The reset mode for an alarm specifies the way in which it is reset: Latching mode: when the cause of the alarm has disappeared, the alarm remains activated until a manual action (“RESET”) is performed on the control unit.

    The value of simulated gas concentration is modified using the “Up” and “Down” buttons. The “right” and “left” buttons move from one figure to another of the gas concentration value with the first figure allowing modification by tens and the second by unit. www.dalemans.com...

    When the location names allow (display limited to 20 characters), an index from 1 to 9 may be added using the “Right” and “Left” buttons.     • Renewal of the validity of the calibration parameters Ordinarily, the renewal of the validity of the detector’s calibration parameters takes place automatically during its calibration by a technician approved by DALEMANS SA. The maintenance period for the calibrated detector is then reset.
