Failure to do so may result in serious bodily injury or death. Ropefit is a self-paced workout so the faster you pull, the faster you climb. You control the intensity of the workout at your desired pace and desired resistance. -

CAUTION: To avoid injury and ensure your safety, be sure to get the appropriate number of people to help you move the climber to its final location. A fully assembled RopeFit is very heavy and you might injure yourself if you move the unit improperly. -
