  • Page 7 2 - OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1.1 - FUNCTIONING OF THE COMPACT & SPLIT MK3 AIR-CONDITIONERS During the cooling cycle the refrigerating circuit removes the heat away from the ambient air giving it to the sea water. In heat mode, (RC models with reverse cycle) the heat is extracted from the sea water and transferred to the air, which warms up.

The Vega MK3 control panel brings 3 more functioning modes: D = Dehumidify: the Automatic standard system runs with cycles of 30 minutes every 6 hours; during the functioning the compressor is limited to a fixed temperature of 22°.

    6 - OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 3 - IMPORTANT WARNINGS 3.1 - INSTALLATION IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT Only the compressor of the SPLIT models can be installed in the engine room. If this is the case, please consider that the air-conditioner can generate sparks (switches, relays, etc...) To prevent the risk of explosions, it is necessary to run the engine room extractors at least 10 minutes before starting the air-conditioning system and keep the extractors running all the time the air-conditioner runs.

    7 - OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 4.3 - SEA WATER STRAINER The water strainer (R) on the intake of the cooling water electrical pump must be periodically cleaned. Thanks to this strainer the pump and the cooling circuit work correctly. The maintenance frequency depends on the running hours of the system and on the water pollution.

Nel ciclo di riscaldamento, il calore viene estratto dall'acqua di mare che viene raffreddata) e ceduto all'aria che viene riscaldata (modelli RC con inversione di ciclo).

    5 - ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO 2.2 - TELECOMANDO A RAGGI INFRAROSSI PER VEGA MK2 1.3 - TELECOMANDO A RAGGI INFRAROSSI Il telecomando funziona con due batterie non ricaricabili da 1,5 V. 1.4 - INSERIMENTO DELLE BATTERIE: Aprire lo sportello ad incastro. Togliere il coperchio del vano batterie sulla parte posteriore del telecomando facendo pressione sulla linguetta verso l'interno nella direzione mostrata dalla freccia.
