    MOTAK Convection Ovens are intended for commercial use only. Not for household use. Warranty will be void if service work is performed by other than an authorized technician, or if other than genuine MOTAK replacement parts are installed.

    CLEANING & MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN CLEANING THE CONVECTION OVEN BLOWER WHEEL, BE SURE THE POWER SWITCH IS IN THE OFF POSITION. FOR YOUR SAFETY, DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY TO THE APPLIANCE BEFORE CLEANING. Before cleaning, be sure the oven is cool and the power switch is in the off position.
