For vehicles with a first registration date of 2006 the emissions test remains unchanged. 3. OBD Procedure The Arex OBD scanner meets the requirements set by the RDW. The readout of the EOBD is done through an ISO 15031-3 connector (16-pin plug) and supports the following protocols: ISO 9141-2, SAE J1850 PWM, SAE J1850 VPW, ISO/DIS 14230-4 KWP, ISO/DIS 15765-4 CAN.
Besides reading the error codes and the MIL status, must be considered whether the Readiness tests have been completed.
