MIU France PepPour Instructions

Thank you for buying the MIU France PepPour Pepper Mill.
Please read the following instructions carefully.
Before using the mill, please inspect it visually for any signs of manufacturing defects or flaws.
If any defect is found, please return the mill to the retailer from whom it was purchased. Any
repairs should be handled professionally to avoid any danger or injury to the user. The mill
should be returned to our Customer Service Department.

Equipping the mill with batteries:

1) Turn the bottom switch plate to the "Batteries" position. The plate will come loose from
the base of the mill.
2) Slide out the Battery Housing.
3) Place 4 AAA batteries into the Battery Housing, paying attention to the + /
4) Slide the Battery Housing back into the base.
5) Replace the switch plate and turn it to the "OFF" position.

Filling with Pepper:

1) Grasp the clear acrylic pepper receptacle and turn it clockwise to the "Unlock"
marking/position.
2) The clear acrylic receptacle will come loose from the base of the Pep Pour mill.
3) Fill the receptacle approximately %-full with your favorite peppercorns.
4) Making sure that the base switch-plate is still in the "OFF" position, invert the base and
place it onto the receptacle. When seated properly, turn the mill back to the upright position
and twist the receptacle to the "LOCK" marking/position.

Operating the Mill:

1) Turn the bottom switch-plate to the "ON" position.
2) Simply turn the Pep Pour Mill over in a pouring motion and the gravity-activated switch
in the motor will turn on the grinding mechanism, dispensing freshly ground pepper onto
your favorite foods.

Adjusting the Grinding Mechanism:

1) The grinding mechanism is adjustable for coarse-to-fine settings.
2) Simply twist the knob at the top of the Pepper Receptacle to adjust for the setting you
prefer most. The tighter the knob gets, the finer the pepper.

Cleaning Instructions:

Please use a clean, dry cloth when cleaning the mill. Do not expose the mill to moisture or water.
Do not use detergents or abrasive cleansers to clean the mill. Do not put inside dishwasher.
