T4000 Quick Reference
Important: This document contains condensed information to be
used by experienced operators as a quick reference. The
operator should have performed a thorough review of the Model
T4000/T4000A Weigh Controller Operation and Maintenance
Manual prior to using this quick reference guide.
Important: The default password for the controller is set to
2205 at the factory.
Using the Keypad
To the right of the LCD screen is a keypad. It has an Enter key in the
center, surrounded by four directional arrows. These buttons are used to
navigate the menu system and make adjustments to settings.

1. Press the function key directly below where SP1 is displayed
on the summary screen.
2. Enter the desired SP1 weight.
3. Press the function key directly below where EXIT is
displayed on the SP1 menu screen.
4. Press the function key directly below where SP2 is displayed
on the summary screen.
5. Enter the desired SP2 weight.
6. Press the function key directly below where EXIT is
displayed on the SP2 menu screen.

Setting Fill Speeds
1. Press the function key directly below where MENUS is
displayed on the summary screen.
2. Use the down arrow button to scroll down to place cursor in
front of the SETUP menu line.
3. Press the enter key.
4. Use the down arrow button to scroll down and place the
cursor in front of the Analog Out menu line.
5. The cursor will be in front of the Fast A menu line. Press the
enter button.
6. Enter in the desired fill rate for Fast A.
7. Press the function key directly below where EXIT is
displayed on the Fast A menu screen.
8. Use the down arrow button to scroll down and place the
cursor in front of the Slow A menu line.
9. Press the enter key.
10. Enter in the desired fill rate for Slow A.
11. Press the function key directly below where EXIT is
displayed on the Slow A menu screen, three times.
12. The fill speeds are now set.
