  • Page 2 Introduction Thank you for purchasing this KODA subwoofer. This subwoofer is a single driver and bassreflex construction with a high-current built-in amplifier. The high-power and high-current amplifier delivers deep, dynamic bass with very low noises and a perfect definition. The advanced woofer driver ensures superior flat power response and ultra-low distortions at any volume levels.

    Unpacking the subwoofer Place the carton with the subwoofer on the floor in the upside down position and open it from the bottom, remove the internal packaging which protects the subwoofer on the bottom. Carefully turn the carton with the subwoofer upside down. When the subwoofer is securely placed on the floor remove the carton and internal packaging - your subwoofer is ready for placement in your room.

    Hooking Up The Subwoofer This subwoofer is provided with a power cord (or it may be permanently integrated [attached] to the unit) and a single RCA subwoofer cable. Before connecting make sure that all external equipment and this subwoofer are turned off. Otherwise you may damage this subwoofer and / or external equipment.

CONNECTION USING STEREO RCA OUTPUT (L/R) If your audio equipment is not equipped with a filtered LFE (SUB OUT) subwoofer output then you can use regular stereo RCA outputs (non-filtered). There are 2 options of connection: a) Using a pair of RCA subwoofer cable - connect the L/R RCA outputs of your audio equipment to the R/SW and L input on the rear panel.

CONNECT USING SPEAKER OUTPUTS You can use regular speaker cables to connect the subwoofer with your audio equipment - this process is the same as connecting stereo speakers. Using the speaker cables connect speaker output connectors located on your audio equipment to the High Level Input Speaker Connectors (Left and Right) on the rear panel.

    Operation 1. Plug the Power Cable to the subwoofer and into the electrical outlet. 2. Turn on the subwoofer – press the Power Switch to the ON position. The Power Status LED Indicator will be flashing for a few seconds and then it should be illuminated continuously.

    Additional information Break-In Your KODA subwoofer sounds great immediately after it is taken out of the carton, but the internal components of this subwoofer require a “break-in” period to reach its full sonic capabilities. During the “break-in” period it is recommended to operate the subwoofer at moderate volume levels.

    Rozpakowywanie subwoofera OTWÓRZ OD DOŁU! Umieść karton z subwooferem na podłodze w pozycji do góry nogami i otwórz go od dołu, usuń wewnętrzne opakowanie, które chroni subwoofer. Ostrożnie obróć karton z subwooferem do góry nogami. Gdy subwoofer zostanie bezpiecznie umieszczony na podłodze, zdejmij karton i opakowanie wewnętrzne - Twój subwoofer jest gotowy do rozmieszczenia w pokoju odsłuchowym.

    Podłączenie subwoofera Ten subwoofer jest wyposażony w odłączalny przewód zasilający (lub może być trwale zintegrowany [przyłączony] z urządzeniem) i pojedynczy kabel subwooferowy RCA. Przed podłączeniem upewnij się, że wszystkie urządzenia zewnętrzne oraz subwoofer są wyłączone. W przeciwnym razie możesz uszkodzić subwoofer i / lub urządzenia zewnętrzne.
