My SOS monitor charging light has been slowly blinking non stop for 10 days. Prior to that, rarely ever noticed the red light operating. The monitor was installed 3 years ago. I live in a retirement village.

A continuously blinking charging light is not specifically mentioned in the context. However, the top red LED lights up when the device is on charge or when the battery is low. If the light is blinking continuously, it may indicate a charging issue or low battery, but this is not clearly stated.
