If riding in wet or very dusty conditions you should carry out maintenance more regularly as you see fit. Bearing replacement instructions For a complete bearing replacement you will need the following fully sealed bearings: 6001 2RS (for upper link pivots) 6001 2RS (for chainstay pivots) 6202 2RS (for pivot above BB) We only recommend using high quality bearings (SKF, FAG, INA)

1: Stuff a rag under the bottom link to prevent damages to the frame. Remove the shock from the frame using a 6mm Allen key. Then remove the pivot axles using appropriate Allen keys. 2: Remove all the pivot axles from the frame carefully. If the axle is difficult to remove, slide a punch or Allen key into the pivot axle and lightly tap it out.

3: Remove the bearing from the frame with a sliding rail bearing puller. 4: Clean and inspect the frame once the bearings are removed.

Clean and inspect all pivot axles prior to reassembly. If needed, order replacement axles through Banshee or your local dealer. The links can fit very tightly in the frames at times, take time and be gentle when...

6: Lightly grease the pivot axles and reinsert them into the frame. Prepare the axle bolts with blue Loctite. Using appropriate sized Allen keys, tighten the pivot axles to torque etched on the axle / bolt. 7: Apply blue Loctite to shock bolts and reinsert the rear shock.
