The electrodes of each water level and the accurate thermistor send their digital signal to the microcomputer, then the computer control the heating element and the magnetic value by calculating the signals, also coordinate the water temperature and the water inflow, to make it only heat up one layer of water, boil it, then heat up another layer of water, form in a stepwise heating cycle.
