    Program Your Remote For step-by-step directions on programming the remote using the POWER A Universal Remote app interface, visit PowerA.com and select ‘Support’. When programming directly from an existing remote, point the blue LED sensor on the Universal Remote at the LED sensor on the remote control.

    • A button may not have been successfully programmed. Try reprogramming the button. During programming, check to see that the blue LED on the Universal Remote Case flashes. If not, remove the iPhone from the case, reinsert it, and try again. You might need to restart your iPhone.
