This applies, in particular, to personnel that only occasionally work on the SVR Deep Cleaner. ● Only use SVR Deep Cleaner when in a technically perfect condition, and only use as intended and with due awareness of safety and risks, and in compliance with these operating instructions.

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 4.1. Functioning The SVR Deep Cleaner is used for maintenance and intensive cleaning and reactivation of hardened artificial turf. The contaminated backfill material is picked up by the rotating brush rollers. Then, the coarse particles are separated from the granulate by a sieve. Fine particles and dust are separated from the filler material by means of the cyclone effect. The coarse particles are conducted to a collection tank and can be removed for cleaning. Replaceable filter bags made of special fleece are installed in the SVR Deep Cleaner for the fine particles. 4.2.     5.2. Assembly The SVR Deep Cleaner must be attached to the hoist on the vehicle. Then, the SVR Deep Cleaner will lie, when lowered, on the support wheels in the front and the support rollers in the back. ● Raise the hoist.

    All persons who operate, maintain and repair the SVR Deep Cleaner must read and understand this operating manual first. 6.1. General instructions Work on the SVR Deep Cleaner may only be performed by trained and/or instructed personnel. If improperly used, there may be a risk to life and limb, the SVR Deep Cleaner and connected systems for efficiently working with the SVR Deep Cleaner. The SVR Deep Cleaner may only be operated by authorized, technically qualified persons. As a result of their technical training, knowledge and professional experience as well as knowledge of accident prevention and occupational safety regulations, technically qualified person can assess, execute and detect potential risks of the work with which they are entrusted if they also meet the personal requirements for the activity, e.g.
  • Page 15 Start with a setting that is too low and slowly increase to the right setting, not the other way around. Normal settings for this work are between 0 and 20mm. The working speeds are between 0.5 and 5 km/h depending on the pourability of the fill material. Start at a slow working speed. 6.2.2. Intensive cleaning: Always perform a maintenance cleaning before an intensive cleaning to first remove the coarse particles! Flower pollen, general dust from the air, wear debris from the turf and residual plant parts are pressed deeper into the backfill material due to rain water and result in hardening and the growth of algae and moss. In addition, the water permeability is significantly reduced by dust penetration. ●...

    ● Comply with the safety instructions on the following pages. 7.1. Care The care of the SVR Deep Cleaner is largely limited to regularly cleaning all surfaces to remove dust and other deposits. ● You only have to brush or wipe the SVR Deep Cleaner off. We do not recommend using it on sensitive surfaces. Property damage due to improper cleaning Improperly cleaning the SVR Deep Cleaner may result in malfunctions and damage.

    After inserting the filter bags, slip them through the dust opening and into the final position using your hand as the filter fabric may have been creased during insertion. ● C lose the filter compartment cover. New filter bags can be purchased from SISIS. Keep them in stock. Exluding multi-use filter bags, filter bags are temporarily stored or immediately emptied and cleaned after removal. SISIS does not recommend the procedure for multi-use filter bags as emptying and cleaning them requires the operator to be exposed to a high level of dust and contamination. However, this option is available upon request.

The instructions in this chapter are limited to important, general information and instructions that must be followed when performing repairs.     ● When disposing of consumables or replacement materials during maintenance or when decommissioning the SVR Deep Cleaner, comply with the respective, applicable statutory regulations. ● In particular, when performing installation, repair and maintenance work, substance that pollute water such as lubricants and oils and cleaning fluids containing solvents must not contaminate the soil or get into the sewage system.
