How to check my stride length is correct
To check the stride length on a Realalt 3D TriSport pedometer, follow these steps:
1. Ensure you are in step mode. If not, press the "Mode" button until you see the step icon at the top of the screen and the time displayed at the bottom.
2. Hold down the "Set" button and release it when you see "12-hour" or "24-hour" blinking.
3. Press the "Set" button 8 times to skip through the settings until you reach the stride length setting.
4. Use the "Mode" or "Res" button to check or adjust your stride length.
5. Leave the pedometer idle for 10 seconds to exit setup mode and save changes.
