Always use the correct type and wattage of bulb.

When changing a bulb, always switch off the light at the wall socket and allow

the bulb to cool down before handling.
Dispose of old bulbs carefully.

• Only use the lamp fitting on a stable / dry and level support surface.
Do not switch on the light until the assembly is complete.

Do not cover the lamp or bulb during use as this could be a potential safety hazard
•
Turn off the appliance when not in use.
•
The luminaire is not intended for use by children unless suitable adult supervision is
•
provided.
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the luminaire.
•
The fitting is intended for indoor use only.
•
If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively
•
replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person in order to
avoid a hazard.
CAUTION: Ensure that the light bulb is not within the recommended 0.5m of any surface
when operating as this could be a potential safety hazard.
CAUTION: Never exceed the bulb wattage stated.
Assembly and operation:
1. Remove any protective packaging from the light fitting.
2. Install the recommended bulb.
3. Place the lamp fitting on a stable / dry and level support surface.
4. Insert the supply cord plug into a suitable mains outlet and use the integrated
on/off rocker switch on the body of the fitting to operate.
5. The articulated lamp head can be manually adjusted by bending the flexible stem
to the desired position. WARNING: Do not use excessive force when adjusting.
