Short-time operation

The appliance is designed to be operated for a short period, i.e. the hair trimmer can
be operated without interruption for a maximum of 10 minutes. Operation can be
resumed after the appliance has cooled down for approximately 20 minutes.
Adjusting the cutting length
– The side adjusting lever (2) allows smooth adjustment of the cutting length from
approx. 1 to 1.6 mm, even during operation.
– The push-on combs provided extend the range of the cutting length and are fitted
onto the trimming comb. After use, remove the attachment at the back and lift it
off.
Recommendations
•
We recommend that the hair should be DRY when cutting with the clipper for
better control over the amount of hair cut.
•
Use SHORT STROKES. Do not complete a whole side with one stroke.
•
Remember to comb the hair frequently as you are cutting it.
•
To cut the HAIR EVENLY, allow the clipper ADVANCE SMOOTHLY through the hair.
Do not attempt to force it.
•
It is better to cut a little than too much. Begin with the maximum cutting length
position (12 mm).
•
We recommend that you make a note of the cutting level selected each time, so
that you can repeat the same hairstyle on other occasions if you wish.
