L’interfaccia utente è il pannellino con il display LCD; tramite di esso, dotato di 4 tasti di regolazione, è possibile impostare i parametri di funzionamento.

EWS funziona sia in modalità automatica sia in manuale; in ogni caso si basa su livelli di potenza pre-tarati P1, P2, P3. Per ogni potenza il sistema muoverà la serranda aria e fumi in modo da inseguire la temperatura obiettivo dei fumi.
