The communication cables connected to the DSCDL must be shielded (see §3.7.1). The communication between a host (PC) and a DSCDL is obtained via the ETEL-Bus-Lite2 (EBL2) protocol (refer to the 'EBL2 Communication Manual' for more information). The communication between the DSCDLs is obtained via the Turbo-ETEL-Bus (TEB) protocol which needs a TEB master (DSMAX or DSTEB). -
