Troubleshooting

Problem
The movie file stored in "My Movie" mode
cannot be displayed?
Cannot power ON after pressing the power
ON button?
No sound during playback?
Disconnecting the player from computer?
Player cannot detect on the computer?
Recording problem?
Video and audio playback problem?
Player displays unidentified characters?
Cannot transfer music to player?
Action
- All the file stored in "My Disc" mode must be
added to the corresponding mode (playlist)
before it can playback successfully.
In "My Music" mode - *.MP3, *.WMA, *.
FLAC, *.APE format.
In "My Movie" or "My MTV" mode - *.RM,
*.RMVB, *.AVI, *.MPG, *.MPEG, *.DAT, *.FLV
format.
In "My Picture" mode - *.JPG, *.BMP, *.GIF
format.
In "My E-Books" mode - *.TXT format.
- Charge up battery for 10 minutes power
adapter and try again.
- Check if the volume level is not set to "0".
- Check if earphone is properly connected.
- Check if earphone is damaged.
- Check if the file is corrupted. Try again with
other files.
- Please refer to "Disconnecting the USB Disk
from the computer".
- Turn ON the power on the player and again.
- Check if there is sufficient memory and
battery power.
- Check if the format is supported on the
player.
- Make sure the correct language is selected.
1. Check if the USB cable is working properly.
2. Check if the computer USB port is working
properly. Restart the computer and try again.
