- Page 5 Application To mix or knead dough: 1. Suggestion flour and water at a ratio of 5 ：3. 2. First speed 1 to mix 10 seconds, then speed 2 to mix 10 seconds, afterwards speed 3 for about 3-5 minutes. 3. When filling the agitator bowl, please ensure that the maximum quantity is not exceeded.
