- Page 6 Rack Mount Arms Installation Notice — Failure to install both the Support Brackets as described will void the warranty. Install the Octane/QMD-X frame into the rack according to the instructions provided with the equipment rack. Install the Rack Mount Arm (4800FR-755) onto the side of the Octane/QMD-X frame by fitting it over the locking pins and sliding it away from the back of the frame to lock it into position (Figure 2).
