3. ASSEMBLY
3.1.
The initial assembly is easier if carried out with cabinet horizontal. Lay a
soft mat or similar on the floor to protect the paint finish.
3.2.
Fasten one of the side panels (fig.1.1) to the base (fig.1.2) with 4 cross
headed screws as in fig.2. Do not attach the skirting board yet.
3.3.
Repeat 3.2. for the second side panel.
3.4.
Turn the unit over carefully so that the back faces upwards.
3.5.
Secure the back of the base to the sides using 2 cross headed screws.
3.5.
Slide the back panel (fig.1.3) along the channels folded into the side
panels. When located, secure to the base with a cross headed screw.
3.6.
Slide the top panel (fig.1.4) towards the front of the cabinet along the channels
in the side panels.
3.7.
Rotate the cabinet so the front is upwards and secure the top panel to the side
panels with 8 cross head screws.
3.8.
Stand the cabinet upright. Use two people to complete this task.
3.9.
When the unit is in its intended location, level using the screw feet (fig.3).
3.10. When levelled, secure the skirting board (fig1.7 and fig.2)), with a cross
headed screw on either side.
3.11. Fit the shelves at the desired heights by lowering the shelf (fig.1.6) onto the
appropriate set of tags (fig.4). Press the shelf firmly until locked onto the tags
as in fig.5.
3.12
The shelves can be adjusted at any time by lifting them off and repositioning.
3.13. The doors have a pin at the bottom and a spring bolt at the top. To fit the
doors: drop the pin into the hole in the front of the base and then pull the bolt
until it locates in the hole in the top rail (fig.6). Release the bolt to attach the
door.
4.
CLEANING
4.1.
Clean with a cloth dampened with soapy water. Stubborn marks should be
removed with a non-abrasive cleaner.
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal,
according to local regulations.
