TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
1 My gate is closed but the alarm won't stop.
2 My disarm touch sensor isn't working.
The alarm is making a downward chirping sound;

Solution
Be sure your MagnaLatch
aligned and securely latched.
See MagnaLatch ALERT installation instructions.

The Disarm feature comes de-activated from the
factory. To activate, refer Section 3.4.
The battery is low and time to replace.
Refer Section 3.3.
The battery cover (or horn) may be blocked with
debris. Remove cover and clean opening of any
debris that may impede sound of alarm. Then
replace cover (see section 3.3).
