* These following instructions are intended soley for trained electricians or
the installation company responsible.
* Always read the manual and safety instructions before installing the
emergency bulkhead.
* Switch off or disconnect the mains before starting installation (fig 1.3)
* Remove the diffusor from the body by removing the two crosshead screws.
* The gear tray hinges by pushing the two market (>>) clamps outwards.
* Mount the bulkhead fixture with suitable screws and dowels at the desired
location on a wall / roof.
* Make use of the included grommet or a PG-gland (fig 2.1) to maintain IP65.
* Make sure the battery is connected by the DC-plug system fixed on the PCB
main board. The battery must be charged for at least 24hours.
* Connect the bulkhead fixture according to the IEE wiring regulations and
follow the instruction illustrated in fig 1.4 to choose the desired operation
mode of the emergency bulkhead.
