The Joule 350 is guaranteed for 2 years against faulty material or workmanship. The warranty covers replacement or repair of defective parts at no charge for materials, labor, or transportation, provided the appliance is used according to the instructions, connected to a suitable electricity supply, and not misused, neglected, damaged, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons.
• Inspect the appliance periodically for visible defects. If the appliance is defective in any way, do not use it; contact a Joule Technical Support Centre without delay. • If the appliance does not function correctly or develops a fault, contact a Joule Technical Support Centre without delay. Ensure that only original Joule replacement parts are used for any repairs.

Connecting the Pre-heater optional On the Stale air outlet duct (See Fig. 3, letter (A)), you can connect the Joule Pre-Heater (optional), which must be fitted and set up by the installer. The minimum distance of the preheater from the appliance is 500 mm.
