9. After 3 to 5 minutes, sugar filaments will escape from the unit. Use a wooden wand or plastic cone and turn the cone or wand over the bowl to hang on the sugar filaments. When the first filaments are hooked, hold the cone in a horizontal position and continue rotating it between the fingers to increase the volume of sugar on the support. -
