Remove a dead battery from the product immediately.
■
The pens contain colour pigments which may leave permanent
marks on clothing, wallpaper, furniture etc. Make sure that the
pens are only used on the drawing pad.
■
Do not place any heavy objects on the product.
■
Protect the product from: heat, naked fl ames, wet conditions,
persistent moisture, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures and
impacts.
■
Do not use the product if it has visible signs of damage.
■
Under no circumstances should you use any corrosive or abra-
sive cleaning agents or rough sponges to clean the product.
These may damage the surfaces.
■
The individual LEDs cannot be replaced.

Three 1.5 V batteries of the AAA type are required for opera-
tion. These are not supplied with the product.
Check the items supplied for completeness and the components
for transport damage. If you fi nd any damage, do not use the prod-
uct but contact our customer service department.
Inserting / Changing Batteries
Before inserting the batteries, check whether the contacts in the
product and on the batteries are clean, and clean them if neces-
sary.
1. Open the battery compartment: Undo the screw with a screw-
driver and remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert three 1.5 V batteries, AA type (not supplied with the
product). Pay attention to the correct polarity (+ / –) (see
illustrations on the battery compartment cover).
3. Close the battery compartment: Place the battery compartment
cover back on. Make sure that the locking lug fi ts in the recess
which is provided for it. Fix the battery compartment cover in
place with the screw.
Replace the batteries when the power of the lights starts to wane.
Use
Before you fi rst use the product, remove the protective fi lm
used for protection during transportation from the drawing
surface.

Using a stencil – Place the stencil you want into the slot at the
top of the drawing pad. Make sure that the correct side is fac-
ing the drawing surface.

Drawing – Draw on the surface with the pens that are sup-
plied. Under no circumstances should you use permanent
markers or other pens!

Standing up – Flip down the stand on the back and stand up
the product on a fl at, dry surface. Do not draw on the drawing
pad when the drawing pad is stood up using the stand.

Attaching – Remove the pens from the holders on the back of
the drawing pad. Use the suction cups to attach the drawing
pad to a smooth, non-greasy surface. Press the suction cups
on fi rmly.

Switching on / Switching off – To switch on the product,
press the On / Off switch. Diff erent colours or changing colours
can be set in the following order:
Red → Off → Green → Off → Dark-
blue → Off → Yellow → Off → Light-
blue → Off → Pink → Off → White → Off → Changing colours
The lights in the drawing pad switch off automatically after 20
minutes.
To make the picture you have drawn highly visible, you may
wish to remove a used stencil from the drawing pad and in-
sert the black fi lm into the slot at the top of the drawing pad.

Wiping – The picture you have drawn can be removed again
using the cleaning cloth or another soft, slightly damp cloth if
necessary. Do not immerse the drawing pad in water or hold it
under running water!

Disposal
Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally
friendly manner so that it can be recycled.
Batteries should be removed prior to disposal of the product
and disposed of separately from the product at suitable col-
lection points.
This product is governed by the European Directive
2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment
(WEEE). Do not dispose of this product as normal domestic
waste, but rather in an environmentally friendly manner via
an offi cially approved waste disposal company.
