- Page 2 Installation Step 1: Remove rear valance covering the OEM exhaust muffler. Step 2: Using a heavy-duty spring tool, remove the 4 springs holding the muffler to the race bypass pipe. Step 3: Remove the 4 bolts and nuts securing the muffler to the frame of the machine and remove muffler.

- Page 4 Step 4: Mount Receiver in the location shown below using the supplied Velcro. Make sure the area is clean and warm – use a hair dryer to warm up the plastic prior to installation if it is below 70 deg F. See picture below. Step 5: Zip tie power cable so it will not interfere with steering or braking functions Step 6: Route cable to the exhaust valve actuator along the inside of the vehicle frame, then to the actuator.
