Allegion AD400 Configuration Guide
Allegion AD400 wireless locks communicate with a Brivo access control system via a Panel Interface Module (PIM).
The Allegion AD400 locks are each linked with the Panel Interface Module via a Hand Held Device (HHD) using the

    Install Schlage Utility Software (SUS) and download the latest PIM400-485 and AD400 firmware from SUS to the Hand Held Device. Confirm that the ACS6000-E/ACS300-E panel system is connected tothe Brivo Onair account and is operational. Wiring the ACS6000-E/ACS300-E to the Allegion Panel Interface Module Note: Only configure the PIM400-485 for 2 Wire Installation.

    Download the latest firmware from the HHD to the AD400 Wireless Locks. Configure the AD400 Wireless Locks for communication with the PIM400-485 unit. Configure Brivo Onair to communicate with the PIM400-485 unit and manage the AD400 Wireless Locks. Couple the PIM400-485 unit to the Hand Held Device (HHD) Connect the HHD to the PIM400-485 using the HH-USB cable.

    Set each PIM400-485 to the unique RS-485 address as shown in the table below. Each PIM400-485 on an RS-485 link must have a unique address between 0-9 to communicate with the Brivo control panel. Set each PIM400-485 to the low and high radio frequency lock address settings shown in the table below.

    High door numbers for the connected PIM400-485 as per table Configuring the PIM400-485. Write down the Door Lock Address for your AD400 Wireless Lock. This address will be required when configuring the AD400 Wireless Lock within Brivo Onair. Linking an AD400 Wireless Lock and a PIM400-485 Unit Note: To proceed, the PIM400-485 unit must be in Link Mode (see above).

    Associating Allegion AD400 Devices with Brivo Onair The Allegion PIM400-485 unit and Allegion AD400 Wireless Lock Device features allow administrators to assign and configure Allegion PIMs and Locks attached to the Brivo Onair panel. Creating an Allegion Panel Interface Module Note: Within Brivo Onair, a PIM400-485 unit is identified as an Allegion Gateway.

    From the sub-navigation menu, scroll over the Sites/Doors tab and click Site Directory from the dropdown list. The Site Directory page displays. Select the desired sitel to which you wish to associate the Allegion AD400 lock. Click More Operations tab and click Add Door from the dropdown list. The Add Door page displays.

    Enter the Pass-through Period in seconds in the field provided (the default is 5). Select the Unlock Schedule from the dropdown list. To allow the Allegion AD400 Lock Device to be operated from the website, check the Control From Browser radio button.
