WARRANTY INFORMATION All of DYNA SALES & SERVICE LLCS equipment comes with a 12 month limited warranty. If any product or part is proved to be defective 12 months from date of purchase, by reason of improper workmanship and/or material we will replace, at our discretion, that part or product at no charge to you. - Page 3 SAFETY It is the operator's responsibility to keep him/herself and others away from the machine while it is running. This machine , if not properly maintained and operated can cause injury and/or death. Always use appropriate face, eye, ear, hand and body protection when operating this machine.

Do a momentary start/stop operation to detect cutter rotation. Facing the cutter head opening, it should rotate counterclockwise. The cutter head is screwed on the shaft with right hand threads. It can be tightened or loosened and removed with pipe wrenches. It should be checked daily for tightness. -

The lubricators should be set to use a bowlful of air tool oil approximately every 30 hours of use. Drain the filters every day. See Fig. 1. OPERATION 1. The log should be inserted in to the clamp until it nearly touches the face of the cutter head. - Page 6 If the feed speed is too fast or too slow, the speed can be adjusted by turning the screwdriver flow controls on the cylinder. See Fig.4. Fig. 4 Speed Adjustment If the log chatters your clamp may be set light or you may be feeding too slowly into the cutter head.
