    2.2.2 Electrical Supply The machine is set for the following: • Electrical voltage: alternating with 400 V +/- 10% - 50Hz. mono-phase tension, according to IEC 38-1 2.2.3 Identification plaque – Mark Accordance All the entire parts of the machine are in accordance with the Dispositions, and the CE mark give evidence to the conformity.

    Fig. 2-2 2.2.5 Light The machine has not light system. The light where the machine operates has to be such to avoid shadows (roughly 300-600 lux) and guarantee the maximum safety conditions. In case of maintenance or operations in scarcely lightened place, the use of portable lights is compulsory to avoid shadows reducing or prevent visibility in the working area or thereabout.

He must observe the instructions given in this book for the executions of all the operations.   • Page 18 4.1 Despatch and packaging Transport, when not differently specified, is to be made by truck with canvas to protect machine from weather agents until destination. The machine transport or of some of its parts or components has to be made by qualified carriers able to guarantee adequate moving of the items transported.

    The supply must have an automatic device for release with an differential magneto-thermal switcher and earth connection to guarantee the respect of the regulations applied in the country machine is going to be installed. We strongly advise the use of a differential switcher having limit of effect at 0,03A. The connection of the machine to the electrical supply, to be effected by a qualified specialists, has to be made directly to the clamps of the main switcher by means of the cable glands of the machine electrical panel.

    The following actions, that can arise in wrong using of the machine, are those more rationally expected and are absolutely forbidden: NEVER use machine in not suitable environment conditions. NEVER use machine with temporary or not suitable electrical connections or with not insulated cables. NEVER allow the use of the machine to a non qualified staff NEVER allow the use of the machine to a no psycho-physical reliable staff.

    6.1.1 Safety measures The staff entrusted for maintenance has to be well trained, have read the machine book and know the anti-accident regulations. Not authorized persons have to keep out from the operating area. ATTENTION: Every maintenance has to be effected unabling and disconnecting the machine and after the components have cooled down.
  • Page 37 7.1 Emergency instructions In case of fire, only use a carbon dioxide (CO2) fire-extinguisher. DO NOT USE WATER! 7.2 Instructions for dismantling and wasting Should the machine or one of its components be broken or have finished their expected life, they have not be used or repaired, proceed in wasting.
