Maintaining and caring for the EFOY Fuel Manager
The EFOY fuel cell automatically performs firmware updates on the EFOY Fuel Manager.
When the EFOY fuel cell is connected to a router with an Internet connection, it automatically
searches for available updates. If a new update is available, it is automatically saved in the
EFOY fuel cell. Updates are performed whenever the EFOY fuel cell is not charging.
If you connect a Fuel Manager with a newer firmware to an EFOY fuel cell, then the EFOY
fuel cell's firmware must first be updated so that both devices can be operated.
The power and communication cables on the EFOY fuel cell must be
connected during the entire update process. During the update process,
ensure that the EFOY fuel cell is connected to the battery and that there is
an Internet connection.
Check for firmware updates at least once a year with your sales partner, using the
EFOY hotline or at www.efoy.com.
