1.- The machine must be placed on a work surface that is stable and sturdy enough to support
the weight of the machine and the product to be cooked.
2.- Before using the machine for the first time and before plugging it in, carefully clean all parts
that may come into contact with food.
3.- Ensure that the voltage connection matches the machine's voltage and frequency
specifications.
4.- Install the power cable (7) on which the temperature controller (5) is located.
Ensure that the controller is at the minimum level, otherwise the unit will start to heat up.
5.- Set the temperature between levels 1-5. Note that level 1 is the MINIMUM and level 5 is the
MAXIMUM. The indicator light (6) will come on. When the plate reaches the set temperature,
the indicator light will go out.
6.- Place the food to be cooked on either surface (1 or 2) according to your needs.
7.- After finishing, remove the food, turn the controller to the "0" position and remove the grease
or residue generated during cooking through the drainage holes (3) located in the middle of
the plate.
NOTE:
8.- These will be stored in the container (4) just below the grill plate.
Pull it out if you wish to remove it for cleaning.
