  • Page 2 Removing the cover of TMA MASTER - Open the cover lid (1) - Turn screws (2) so that the slits of the heads are horizontal. - Remove shield window (3).

  • Page 5 - Remove screws (1) -M2x10- securing the nut of the threaded spindle of the sled motor. - Unscrew M3x12 screws (2) fixing the stepper motor to the console.
  • Page 6 - Pull the motor (3) to the right. Replacing the motor Motort is delivered with a nut, that should not be rotated or removed as it is positioned so to make its mounting easier (not in Home2).
  • Page 7 Mount the X motor - Push the motor (3) to the left. - Check the screw spindle end fits in the screw spindle holder (X bumper)

  • Page 9 Replacing the tray stepper motor TMA Y motor with spindle HP-TMA-MOT-200000 - Turn off the power supply and disconnect cables. - Pull off Y (tray) motor connector.
  • Page 10 - Remove the Y bumper (2) - Remove the two hexagon socket head cap screws (2) -M2x12- securing the bumper of the threaded spindle on the tray motor. - Remove the bumper (2)
  • Page 11 - Remove the Y motor nut from the tray - Turn the spindle nut with your hand until the tray and the Y nut are positioned above the service holes. - Remove hexagon socket head cap screws (3) -M2x14- by reaching through the service holes on the base plate.
  • Page 12 -Remove the Y stepper motor unit Remove hexagon socket head cap screws (6) -M3x8- securing the motor.
  • Page 13 - Pull the stepper motor unit (7) backwards to remove it from its position.
  • Page 14 Mounting the replacement motor Motor is delivered with a nut, that should not be rotated or removed as it is positioned right above the service hole, so to make its mounting easier (not in Home2). - Insert the Y stepper motor unit - Push the stepper motor unit (7) forward to mount it to its position.
