CONTROL PANEL MOD. MECHANIC
DESCRIPTION
STARTING
1.Insert the plug into the socket.
2.Rotate the humidistat, choosing this way the most ideal position according to the percentage of humidity to be extracted (see
following paragraph).
3.Position the function selector at the desired speed.
HUMIDISTAT
The humidistat measures the air humidity and activates or deactivates the compressor, according to the level that has been
selected with the rotary control: The lower the level selected the higher the percentage of humidity eliminated from the air.
The scale of the rotary control starts with OFF position (dehumidifier switched off), and finishes with CNT position (dehumi-
difier operating continuously).
The scale of the rotary control give an approximate indication on the percentage of humidity which must be obtained in the room.
Ex.if the switch in in the middle between OFF and CNT it means that we have a 50% of relative humidity, suggested for
domestiic rooms.
In case of excessive humidity in the room, it is possible to put the rotary control in CNT position; the dehumidifier will operate
around-the-clock.
It is however best to adjust the humidistat according to the changing of more or less humid seasons, or according to the
weather.
In order to adjust the humidistat at the optimal level it is advisable to begin by adjusting it on position (CNT) so that the
machine eliminates the excess of humidity in the environment.
When the humidity in the room is the ideal one, slowly rotate the humidistat control counter unclockwise, until the machine
switches off. From this moment, the dehumidifier will be adjusted according to your level of comfort, and the humidistat will
maintain it automatically.
WORKING
Operating on the special selectors, the dehumidifier can perform the following operations:
1.dehumidification: select the desired humidity degree and the fan speed
2.fan: with the humidistat selector on OFF position, choose the desired fan speed
3.heating (only for models with heating element) -optional: the humidistat remains on OFF position and the function selector
should be positioned on
4.combined working (only for models with heating element): select the desired humidity degree and set
selector; in this mode the appliance dehumidifies and heats the room at the same time improving further the machine output.
LIGHTS
Green light: indicates that the dehumidifier is connected to the electric feeding line
Red light: indicates that the condensate collecting can is full (the machine switches off automatically)
