Sailplane and systems description

7.1 Introduction

Section 7 describes the operation of the sailplane including its systems.

Refer to section 9 "Supplements" for details of optional systems and
equipment.

7.2 Airframe

The LS1-f is a single-seater high performance glider with 15 m wingspan.
Construction:
Wings
Wing spars
Ailerons
Rudder
Horizontal stabilizer
Elevator
Fuselage
Tailplane: T-Tail with conventional stabilizer-elevator and spring trim.
Colours: All parts exposed to sunlight except for registration marks and
anti-collision paint must be white.
