tauchen, so ist die Säule kurzfristig auszuwechseln.

die Abwärtsbewegung ohne Ruckeln und gleichmäßig
geschieht. Leichte Vibrationen sind normal.
(4) . Bitte überprüfen Sie sorgfältigst alle äußeren Teile
des Hebers, vor allem
a) den Pumpenkörper. Er darf keine Deformationen,
Risse oder Dellen aufweisen.
b) Bedienhebel der Pumpeneinheit: Keine Deformation,
keine Toleranz bei jeder Pumpbewegung! Anderenfalls
ist er gegen einen neuen auszuwechseln.
c) Zahnplatte: Keine Deformation, keine Risse!
d) Fuss: Keine Deformation, keine Risse!
7. Öl hinzufügen
Wenn der Heber nicht bis zur angegebenen maximalen
Höhe hochgepumpt werden kann, so muss Hydrauliköl
in den Tank nachgefüllt werden. Das zu verwendende Öl
muss einer Qualität ähnlich ISO VG22 entsprechen. Es
ist verboten, verschiedene Ölsoprten zu mischen.

and vertical without any shocking and scraping. If any
damage of it being found the pillar should be changed in

(3) When the jack is reducing, operator should check
whether the reducing movement is stable or not and it
should be wedged (but some slight vibration is in nor-
mal).
(4) Please, carefully check all of the exterior parts of jack
including
a) Pump body: no deformation, cracking and impacting
shall be on it!
b) Operating handle of pump: no deformation no over
space in each plug, otherwise the old plug shall be
replaced by a new one!
c)Tooth plate: no deformation & cracking!
d) Base: no deformation & cracking!
7. Add oil
If the jack can not be pumped up to its rated height, it is
necessary for you to add hydraulic oil into the oil tank.
The hydraulic oil to be used must have a quality of ISO
VG22 or equivalence. Mixing of different fluids is prohi-
bited!

Drehen Sie den unbelasteten Hebel (16) in
Uhrzeigerrichtung. Lösen Sie die Schraube (37) und ent-
lüften Sie die Pumpe. Dann drehen Sie sie wieder fest.
Screw in the unloaded handle (16) tightly in clockwise
direction. Loose the screw (37) to release the air from the
pump, then screw it in tightly.
Drehen Sie den Senkhebel (16) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn.
Screw out the unload handle (16) in counter - clockwise
direction.
Drehen Sie die Schraube (10) heraus und geben Sie aus-
reichend Hydrauliköl hinein.
Screw out the screw (10), and add enough hydraulic oil.
Ersetzen Sie die Dichtungen durch neue (8) und (9) aus
dem Ersatzteilbeutel.
Replace worn seals with new ones (8) and (9) (in the
spare parts bag).
