Important Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and non-abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 3 and 4 of this instruction manual. NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.

Assembly Instructions Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch. Attach Small Drawer Side Panels (I&J) to Small Drawer Back (K) using M5x32 mm Flat Head Screws (9). Then slide the Drawer Bottom (L) all the way into the grooves.

Assembly Instructions Attach Large Drawer Side Panels (O&P) to Large Drawer Back (Q) using M5x32 mm Flat Head Screws (9). Then slide the Drawer Bottom (L) all the way into the grooves. Insert and screw the Small Cam Bolts (6) into the pre-drilled small holes on back side of Large Drawer Front (N) as shown.

Assembly Instructions Insert six Cam Locks (1) into the pre-drilled large holes on the front of side panels (E&F). Make sure the arrow on the face of Cam Lock faces out and points towards right front. NOTE: It is very important to prior to insert the six Cam Locks (1) in this step. Front E&F Front...

Assembly Instructions Place the Top Panel (A) (Sold Separately), the Front Frame (G) ,the Side Panel Left (E) and the Side Panel Right (F) on a level and protective surface with the holes facing up. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes, as shown in the illustration.

Assembly Instructions Align the inserted M8x30mm Wood Dowels (3) on the Back Stretcher (D), Shelf Panel (B), Bottom Panel (C) with the drilled holes on the Side Panel Left (E) and press them together. Make sure that the raw edge on the Shelf Panel (B), Bottom Panel (C) points towards the back of the unit and the Cam Lock holes will face the right side as shown below.

Assembly Instructions Insert six M8x30mm Wood Dowels (3) and two M8x20mm Wood Dowels (4) into the bottom side holes of Top Panel (A) (Sold Separately). Tap in with a mallet, if necessary. Make sure you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels.

Assembly Instructions Gently tap the Floor Protectors (11) at the bottom of side panels avoiding crack or damage of side panel. If you intend to put this cabinet into the tower, please ignore this step. Stand the assembled unit upright. To insert the drawers inside the Drawer Cabinet, tip the front of drawer down and drop the rollers of the drawer slide runners behind the rollers of slide tracks on the unit.
TIPPING RESTRAINT HARDWARE We have included one Tipping Restraint Hardware bag (17) for this unit. You must install this hardware to prevent accidents or injuries from falling unit. When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the unexpected tipping of the storage rack due to small tremors, bumps or climbing.
