Thank you for purchasing this Zassenhaus high quality
coffee mill. Please read the instructions carefully prior to
using it for the first time and keep them for future users.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
· Remove all packaging material and dispose of it properly.
· Clean the grinder by filling some raw rice in the mill and
grinding it at medium grinding degree.
APPLICATION
· To fill the mill open the bean container and fill the desired
amount of beans. Close the bean container.
· Place the coffee mill on a stable surface, hold it with one
hand and turn the crank regularly and clockwise only with
the other hand, using a slight pressure downwards.
· After the grinding process remove the coffee powder.
Hint: Grind the amount of beans for immediate use only.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE GRINDING DEGREE
The grinding degree can be adjusted continuously with the
thumb screw underneath the crank. Turn the thumb screw
clockwise for a coarser grind and anti-clockwise to have a
finder grind.
CLEANING
· Clean the coffee mill in regular intervals as described in
chapter "Before the first use". The rice removes grease and
residues from the grinder.
· Remove residues of coffee powder with a soft brush.
· Clean the body with a soft, damp cloth without aggressive
cleaning agents.

WARRANTY

We cover the grinder of this appliance with a warranty of
25 years from the date of purchase. Excluded from the
warranty are damages due to normal wear and tear,
inappropriate use, misuse, improper operation, willful
destruction, lack of maintenance and cleaning, transport or
accidents, as well as interference from unauthorized
persons. In case of a warranty claim please contact your
dealer. Warranty claims cannot be processed unless your
receipt/invoice is included with the device.
