HR 600 series. 1.1.2 The optional Voidless Rework system The HR 600/2 Rework System is also available as an optional voidless rework sys- tem. The Voidless Rework System can reduce gas entrapments in soldered joints. For this purpose, the PCB is set into sinusoidal vibrations by means of piezoelectric actuators, and the voids under the components are reduced in liquid solder.
