Replace the removed flue section with the 90-99099 Draft Inducing Flue Collar, install the collar body with the crimped edge downward (toward the stove). Ensure clearance is 16.5” minimum from the outermost part of the Draft Inducing Flue Collar to any combustible material when using single wall stove pipe, and 4.5 ”...
- Page 3 Operation From a Cold Stove: Plug the unit into a standard 120VAC wall outlet. The collar may take on average 15 minutes to create draw due to the wide variety of installations and environmental conditions. Start a fire in the stove as you normally would. From a Warm or Hot Stove: 1) After initial ignition from a cold stove, a temperature sensor installed in the collar will automatically turn off power to the collar itself when the temperature is high enough to maintain draw.
