- Page 9 Remove the top detent pin from the FallTech Universal Device Receiver Bracket. Place the notch in the SRL-R bracket over the bottom bar of the FallTech Universal Device Receiver Bracket as shown in Figure 6. Rotate the SRL-R bracket to align the upper holes as shown in Figure 7.

6.2 Service: If service is required for any reason; inspection failure, impact loaded, any type of malfunction, tag the unit as “UNUSABLE”, store separately, and contact FallTech at 323-752-0066 to receive a Return Authorization number or to locate the nearest FallTech Service Center. - Page 14 7.2 Inspection Frequency: Inspection by a competent person at regular intervals is required.
