Warning and safety information The titration unit conforms to protection class II. It has been built, tested in accordance with DIN EN 61 010, Part 1, Protection Measures for Electronic Measuring Instruments and has left the factory in perfect safety- technical condition. - Page 3 Maintenance and care of the titration unit To retain the function of the titration unit the following inspection and maintenance work are to be carried out. Maintenance intervals Normal operation: Ü As a rule, the max. intervals for carrying out all maintenance work are 3 months. In the case of special load: Special load is present if, for instance, solutions are used which are suitable to attack glass, e.g.
- Page 4 Replacing the dosing unit (installation and dissambly) As a rule, the need for replacing the dosing unit occurs only rarely. The dosing unit has to be replaced, if such a replacement becomes necessary as a result of a defect or of an inspection of the titration unit. The dosing unit is equipped with lateral ribs around its circumference, with one of these ribs being in double design.

Storage, transportation and environment If the titration units are to be stored temporarily or transported, the best solution to protect the devices is to use the original packing.
