There is water on the
floor
The lights don't work
The supply cord is
damaged
If after all the above-mentioned checks the problem with your freezer remains, contact New Air's
customer service department and provide the following information:
Type of freezer
Serial number of the freezer
Brief description of the problem / observation
The drainage hole for the condensate
water is blocked
There is a leakage in the tray
The LED or LED driver are out of work Call a service technician
the cooler will assist you in
levelling it
Unblock the drainage hole
Call a service technician
If the supply cord is
damaged, it must be
replaced by the
manufacturer, its service
provider or similarly
qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard
