  • Page 14 About the ICON 819/821 Limited Warranty…….. The ICON 800 Series scraper is designed with front lowering and a push bumper on the rear. The responsibility of use of this push bumper is left up to the discretion of the owner and operator.
  • Page 15 Optional Depth Gauge For 800 Series Shown is the optional depth gauge extension frame. It mounts, by use of two (2) of the existing cover bolts. This allows easier viewing of the back machine, in a tandem hook up. By removing the rear bolt on the frame, allows the unit to fold down for transport.

  • Page 41 ICON now installs hydraulic accumulators on all machines. The 2 gallon unit is charged to 600 psi and greatly reduces the shock and bounce of a loaded machine. Shown in the first picture is the accumulator unit that is used on all models. Here it is shown mounted on a rear lowering machine.
  • Page 42 Hydraulic Flow Shut—Off Valve The shut off valve is located at the rear of the tongue. It is designed to relieve the hydraulic pressure in the system to aid in hook up of the machine. To shut off the hydraulic flow, turn the lever 90° to the side (see decal). NOTE: This shut off valve should also be turned to OFF position when the safety stops are in place and any service is to be performed on the machine, while in the raised position.
