WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRODUCT WARRANTY: 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Glass Hearth Pad
SBI Heating Accessories, warrants this meets the CAN/CGSB 12.1-2017 and
CAN/CGSB 12.3-M91 (R2017) standards. During the one-year warranty of this product, SBI Heating
Accessories, will dispense, at their discretion, parts and labour to correct any defect who does not
meet the standards mentioned above. This warranty applies to the original owner with a proof of
purchase and is not transferable.

This warranty applies only to products which have not been subjected to negligent use, misuse,
alteration or accident. This warranty supersedes all other warranties either expressed or implied and
all other obligations or liabilities on our part. SBI Heating Accessories, does not assume, and does not
authorize any other person to assume for us, any liability in connection with the sale of our products.
To be at "No Charge," warranty work must be sent directly to SBI Heating Accessories, or one of
our authorized service centers and performed by them. To obtain warranty service or replacement
instructions, contact our customer service department at 418 908-8002 Monday through Friday from
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. SBI Heating Accessories, retains the right to change models, specifications and price
without notice.
